Buying

How do I search for a vehicle?

Use the search bar at the top of any page or visit the Search page. You can filter by category, make, model, year, price, location, fuel type, transmission and more. You can also browse by category from the homepage or navigation menu.

How do I contact a seller?

Click “Message Seller” on any listing page to send a message through our secure messaging system. You'll need to be logged in. You can also click “Show Phone Number” if the seller has provided one.

How do I save a listing for later?

Click the heart icon on any listing to add it to your Watchlist. You can view all saved listings from your Dashboard → Watchlist.

How do I bid on an auction?

Visit the auction listing page and enter your bid amount. Bids are binding commitments to purchase at that price. You'll be notified if you're outbid. If you win, you must complete the purchase within 7 days.

Can I get finance on a listing?

Yes. Click “Apply for Finance” on any listing page to submit an application through . You'll receive a response within 1–2 business days.

What should I check before buying?

We recommend: inspecting the vehicle in person, conducting a PPSR check (Personal Property Securities Register) to verify there are no encumbrances, requesting a vehicle history report, checking the registration status, and arranging an independent mechanical inspection.

Selling

How do I create a listing?

Register or log in, then click “Sell” in the navigation. Fill in your vehicle details, upload photos, set your price and submit. Your listing will be reviewed and published within a few hours.

Is it free to list?

Yes! Listing is completely free on . You only pay a small commission when your vehicle sells. See our Pricing page for full details.

How many photos can I upload?

Free listings allow up to 10 photos. Premium listings allow up to 20 photos. Dealer accounts allow up to 30 photos per listing. We recommend uploading as many clear, well-lit photos as possible.

How do I edit or delete my listing?

Go to your Dashboard → My Listings to edit, renew, mark as sold, or delete any of your listings.

What is “Sell to Dealer”?

Sell to Dealer lets you submit your vehicle details to receive competing offers from verified dealers. It's completely free with no obligation to accept any offer.

How do I get my listing featured?

You can upgrade to a Premium listing which includes 7 days of featured placement. Alternatively, dealer subscription plans include featured listing credits.

Account & Settings

How do I create an account?

Click Register and fill in your details. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.

I forgot my password

Visit the Forgot Password page and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password (valid for 1 hour).

How do I change my email or phone number?

Go to Dashboard → Settings to update your contact information. Email changes require re-verification.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us via the Contact page to request account deletion. Your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

For Dealers

How do I register as a dealer?

Visit Register as Dealer and provide your business details including ABN and dealer licence number. Your account will be verified within 1–2 business days.

What dealer plans are available?

We offer Starter ($99/mo), Professional ($249/mo) and Enterprise ($499/mo) plans. See our Pricing page for full details and features.

How does the Trade Hub work?

The Trade Hub is a dealer-to-dealer marketplace. Once your account is verified, you can access trade-only listings, wholesale lots, tenders and the dealer network.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard → Payments to manage your subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Safety & Trust

How do I report a suspicious listing?

Click the “Report” link on the listing page and select a reason. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

How do I stay safe when buying or selling?
  • Meet in a safe, public location for inspections
  • Never send money before seeing the vehicle in person
  • Verify the seller's identity and vehicle ownership
  • Conduct a PPSR check before purchasing
  • Be cautious of deals that seem too good to be true
  • Use our messaging system to keep a record of communication
Are dealers on verified?

Yes. All dealer accounts undergo verification including ABN and dealer licence checks. Verified dealers display a “Verified Dealer” badge on their profile and listings.
